Thinking about the "finance grads" there are obviously loads of areas within finance that grads can explore. Wondered if there was something you can add in the grad profile to show the area of finance they would like to explore short and/or long term. Ie: Finance analyst, or commercial broker, or settlements and operations. When I've previously recruited for finance grads for my fintech client, they have wanted grads who have clear vision on where they want to grow after their studies. I noticed in the matching profiles, there are a couple who mention "accounting" which is great, but they would be rejected in this particular example, as my client, wouldn't be able to develop them in that area. so maybe they could add a few areas of interest?
